Working files, concepts, and rejected drafts are not included in the final deliverables unless expressly stated in writing.
4.2 Use of Completed Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant CT DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC a non-exclusive right to display completed projects for legitimate promotional purposes, including portfolios, presentations, social media, and case studies.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
